If you are in a relationship then you might want to consider cooking for your love. When you go out of your way to cook a special meal for them, they will just love you for it. There are certain foods that that are good for a date night, and one of these foods is snapper.

Preparing the snapper with papillote is a way to keep the steam from escaping the fish when it is baking. All of the tasty stuff is kept inside, the flavors will be left in there for your love to enjoy. Use parchment paper and fold it in half. Put the fish in the middle and the seal off the paper. Crimp up the edges so that the steam will not get out then place it in a skillet that can go into the oven. Cook in the oven at 450 degrees for about six to ten minutes and then it will be ready. You could also make some brown rice and green beans to go along with the snapper and a romantic dish is ready to be served. Take your acceletrim before the meal and have your love do the same. Light up the candles and dim the lights and enjoy. In between bites look into each others eyes and make the most of the occasion.
